Kenneth Gonsalves is a retired lawyer now concentrating on open source computer software. He is a fanatical golfer and an R and A certified rules official. He is on the IGU referees panel. He used to with NRC-FOSS-AU which is a DIT project to spread FOSS in higher and non formal education. He now spends his time playing golf and and doing consultancy in open source web development
